    Limiting the amount of fast foods and processed foods I eat

    Getting to know my family health history. I will have a medical checkup at least once every 2 years, including a testicular exam. I will have a dental exam at least once a year. I will get regular eye exams, and keep up with my immunizations.

    Maintain my BMI, blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides nad homocystein levels, resting heart rate, and blood glucose. I will have a checkup every 2-3 years, have regular eye and dental exams, get blood pressure screenings, have cholesterol screenings, have diabetes screenings, get a skin exam, get a baseline EKG, have colorectal cancer screenings at age 45, renew immunizations, and have testicular and prostate exams regularly.
