I don't think I will consume that much alcohol but when I do, I should keep it to one drink max. I will also never drive after having drunk a lot.

In my 50s, I should cut back on sodium and limit unhealthy fats. I need to eat more fruits and vegetables and get the necessary proteins and fibers to maintain a healthy body.

Exercise for 30-60 minutes a day to stay healthy. Do aerobic exercises to stay heart healthy and weight lifting to prevent osteoporosis. Go outside and do a variety of different physical activities when you can, they can only help me.

To practice good nutrition I should eat less processed foods, and eat lots of fruits and vegetables and a variety of other foods. I also need to get about 56g of protein around this age.

I need to exercise at least 30 minutes a day and find an activity like walking or swimming that I like and stick with it. I should also talk to my healthcare before I start an exercise program.

I need to visit my doctor regularly and get flu shots, eye exams, dental exams and regular checkups to make sure my body is healthy.
