  • 0-3 years physical development

    During 0-3 years of age the child will start doing many physical things. This includes, they will start crawling and then eventually start walking. They will also start lifting thier head and chest up during the 3-6months. At around 18 months, the child will start doing much more physical things like developing playing skills, throwing and kicking balls and climbing stairs all by themselves.
  • 0-3 years Intellectual development

    During this age they will slowly start saying short words. They will begin analysing stories with pictures. They will look at the pictures and understand what the book is about. They will start counting and learning the alphabet. They will come across many new experiences and then this will enable them to gain a better understanding of the world.
  • 0-3 years social development

    During this age they will start playing by themselves, as well as with other children wether its with the cousins or family friends. They will also start enjoying eating with their family and taking baths. during this age they will also start making thier first friends and would possibly start arguing over who gets to play with what toy.
  • 0-3 years Emotional development

    At around this age babies try ang get the things they want by crying. This is because there is no other way for them to get someones attention so they are helpless. At around 3-6 months the baby begins to enjoy being around a lot of people. They also start looking at people's faces a lot. Also the baby will start feeling many emotions including, happiness, sadness excitement and anger.
  • 3-11 years pysical development

    At this age the child will be more energetic and will want to play and run about all the time. Many new skills will also be developing such as, motor skills. Also by this age all of their baby fat will be lost. There baby teeth will also turn into permanant teeth. They will also be able to tie their own shoe laces. Also they will be able to throw and kick a football very well. They perhaps may also start doing different activities such as gymnastics at an after school club.
  • 3-11 years intellectual development

    During this age this is the big step that the child has of starting formal education. They will begin to concentrate more and more. they will also start learning many more things and gain better understandings of them. They will also develop a good vocabulary. They will also be able to put sentences together.
  • 3-11 years emotional development

    During this age children become to loosen bonds with parents more and more. however they will still need much support from them as they haven't fully grown and developed yet. They also begin to talk about thier feelings more and tell people how they are feeling and why.
  • 3-11 years social development

    During this age children socialise more with people outside thier family, this includes thier school friends because they are around them 5 days a week. They gain much social relationships through playing together. At this lifestage children start doing many new activities and learn to share with others, They also make up many different games together.
  • 11-18 years pysical development

    During this age group puberty starts to develop. This makes indivduals body start changing and they will gain different feelings about things. Boys and girls begin to look different as they develop into young women and men. Boys will start to have a deep voice, facial hair, pubic hair. Girls breasts will starting getting bigger, pubic hair, body hair and thier overies will start releasing eggs. They could also start having sex during this age group as tey start having sexual feelings.
  • 11-18 years intellectual development

    During this age group teenagers develop problem solving skills and develop much more understanding of different things. Their long term memory also develops as they will need this as they will start taking exams which they need for them to have a good future. they will also start thinking about what they want to do in their future and make decisions so they can follow this.
  • 11-18 years emotional development

    Young people at around these ages start developing their own individual personalities. they can start being rebels and start judging parents views. Family tension can occur as a result. Teenagers will become less dependent on family for support when they have a problem. Instead they go to theiriends about what to do when they are in a situation which upsets them. during this age they might also start getting upset because of the opposite sex.They will start developing feelings for others.
  • 11-18 years social development

    During this age they spend much more time with friends then they do with family. this enables them to become much more socialable. They also might start trying different things whilst in thier groups such as drinking, smoking and sex.
  • 18-65 years pysical development

    During early adulthood they are fully mature and fully developed. At about the age of 30 there are a number of changes in the person. These are things like they start developing wrinkles, grey hair, bones lose calcuim and menopause will also occur.
  • 18-65 years intellectual development

    After 18 education still contuines or work begins during this age group. they start developing many new skills wether its from university or working. Young adults also begin making more decisions about different things.
  • 18-65 years emotional development

    This is when thinking of lifepartners will begin. Also thinking of who they want to have babies with will begin. They will also develop close emotional bonds with one person, this person they will feel they can tell any of thier feelings to. This age group can also be stressful as young people may decide to move out or older people may have to think about looking after thier elderly parents.
  • 18- 65 years social development

    At around 18 years old when young people start university they begin also clubbing with their friends and trying new things as they are much more free. At around 20 they start having much more free time as education is usually finished so they start going out much more. Social networks are also developed where they make many new friends.
  • 65+ pysyical development

    At this age elderly might develop memory loss and may not be able to read and write. They possibly will have to deal with some sort of disability as they no longer have the ability to do the things they could before they aged.
  • 65+ intellectual development

    Some old people decide to retire some carry on working. However they still contribute in a good way to society as many of them give a positive view and things and are good role models to others. They give wise advice to people and people learn from it, during this age they may also enjoy playing board games or meeting other people their age.
  • 65+ emotional development

    After this age the older people may start feeling upset because of thier age and may feel that there's no point of being in society because they are not able to do things. They will start getting mixed emotions. However many might feel happy as they will have more free time and spend it with family.
  • 65+ social development

    They will begin spending much more of thier time with family, this is because thier family will start visiting more to make sure that they are ok and to see if they need anything, they may also go into an old people's home where they will socialise with other people thier own age
