The First Helper
timelineThe Sioux Tribe was the first tribe to help the travelers out. They were enemy for a few day but regained there friendship after they left. Eventally they helped them continue there trip. -

Sergeant Charles Floyd
Charles was one of men that work for the two main travelers Lewis and Clark. On Aug/12/1804 Lewis and Clark had discoverd he was sick. They tried all they could to help him out. On Aug/19/1804 he past away. -
Experience with a Sioux Tribe
Sioux Tribe This is the most powerful tribe Lewis and Clark met. They controlled more than a thousand men and women. They were origanlly three tribes until they came together. -
Experience at Fort Mandan
The time line (go to 1804, October, 24) The travelers have found Fort Mandan. They make base here for about a couple months and stayed for the winter. Then they continue their trip to the west. -
Experience with the Shoshone Tribe
Timeline Lewis and Clark (go to 1804, november, 4) The travelers have discovered the Shoeshone Tribe and have made them friends. Now the travelers have made a home for them to stay in the winter. They continue there travel in 1805. -

Sacagawea's child was born on the way to the next fort. The poition clark gave her was to speed up birth. She called her baby Jean Baptiste. -
The Good Days
The weather that Lewis and Clark faced was the basic four weathers. (winter, spring, summer, and fall) Every March - August was there good weather seasons for traveling. There bad weather seasons was October - April. they normaly built forts in the winter and traveled in the summer. -

As the travelers are on there way to the next destanation they discovered the Great falls of Missouri. After discovering the Great falls Lewis and Clark found out that there were three more fall going uphill. So they took a ground path around it. For days they faced the desert and crazy weather for days. -

At Fort Mandan the Shoeshone tribe have successfully sent the packages to Jefferson. The packages contained all of the indian resourses they used to survive. The packages your later used for the community and the U.S.A. -
An experience at Fort Clatsop
Timeline
The fort was shelter for the travelers in the winter. They all had to kill about 150 deer to survive that winter. After a couple of months they were back on there trip. -

The night before lewis got raided they found one of there hourses
missing. that night when they camped out one of there men killed the two natives and ran off. when they get back to Clark they continued there trip. -

The expedition decides to split into small groups to explore morel land. Lewis travels on land and Clark travels on water. Lewis runs into some Blackfoot warriors trying to steal his horses and guns. They eventally called treaty and gave them medals for the treaty.
