This is a group of musicians such as Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and Jim Morrison, they all died at the young age of 27.     Sometime in November, Nirvana released its first single, which was a cover of a song called "Love Buzz" by a band called Shocking Blue.     In late 1991, Nirvana's biggest hit, "Smells Like Teen Spirit" hit number 6 on the billboard 100. It was here where things changed for Nirvana. Cobain said he never wanted fame, but fame came anyways. Some say that it was all the unwanted attention that led to his suicide in the first place. Either way, Nirvana wasn't a small Washington band anymore, they were on the charts.

    In November of 1993, Nirvana played at MTV on a series called Unplugged. At this show, he surprised many fans by not only playing an acoustic show, but playing songs that weren't the top hits. This proved that Cobain didn't want to be the typical rock star that everyone expected him to be.

    On April 6, 1994, an electrician went to his Washington home and found Cobain dead on the floor. It was estimated that he was there for about a day. In his suicide note, he claimed that he felt like playing live for people was a chore. He said that he didn't like people in general.
