    On 20th of February, Kurt Cobain was born in Aberdeen, Washington.

    In 1986 his parents got divorced, and finally he stayed with his father.

    His uncle gave him his first guitar when he was 14 years old.

    When he was 15 years old ran away of his father's home, and went to his mother's house.

  • The formation of his first group

    In 1985, he made a group called "Fecal Matter" with Krist Novoselic and Aaron Burkhard.

  • The fundation of Nirvana and his first single.

    In 1988, Kurt Cobain changed the name of his group to "Nirvana". And later Sub Pop Records released the Nirvana's first single, Love Buzz.

  • His wife, his daughter and problems

    In 1992, Kurt Cobain married with Courtney Love, singer and guitarist of the girl group Hole, with whom he had started a relationship two years earlier; In August of the same year, her daughter Frances Bean was born, whose custody they almost lost due to reckless statements by Courtney Love to Vanity Fair magazine: the mother confessed that she had taken heroin during her pregnancy.

  • His first suicide attempt

    In March 1994, during a break from touring in Rome, Kurt Cobain survived a first overdose suicide attempt thanks to the reflexes of Courtney Love, who urgently transferred him into a coma to a hospital upon understanding what had happened.

  • The death of Kurt Cobain

    Just 15 days later, having returned to the United States, a confusing incident occurred that can be interpreted as a second attempt or as overzealousness by his wife. Soon after, Courtney Love managed to convince him to start adetoxification. Kurt Cobain was admitted to a Los Angeles clinic, but left her within a few days; on April 5, 1994, in the guest ward of his Seattle home, he ended his days with a pistol shot.
