In order to do this they brought Katniss to district 8 where there had been bombings and filmed her helping the cause. But after the commercial is aired another show comes on. Peeta has been labled as a traitor and Katniss wants to save him as more interviews are airing of him and his medical condition is visably deteriorating. The capitol starts bombing District 13 as they send out more commercials exposing the Capitol for what they realy are. The district sends a rescue mission to the the capitol and retrieve Peeta. When they find him and Katniss sees him for the first time he tries to strangle her. Pages 115-178, total= 488 pages -

The Mockingjay crew is brought to District 2. Gale formulates a plan to smoke out the Capitol forces by creating avalanches on the mountain they reside in. Just as the survivors come out and Katniss prepares to give them a speech , she is shot. Peeta has calmed down and can now talk to Katniss, but he doesn't like her much. District 13 decides to infiltrate the capitol and sends the Mockingjay crew along with Peeta. They start to film when they are trapped in the city. 204-277, total= 587 pages -
Chapter 20-25 72 pages
The crew has no way back to camp and Katniss decides to unveil her plan to kill Snow and take her crew with her. On their journey to the presidents house many people are killed while they are being chased down by Capitol mutts. They come out, a group of 5 now, in the city and take refuge in a safe house. Soon the rebel forces have made their way in and start bombing and gun-firing chaos that kills a lot of people. The deaths including Katniss' sister. 277-349, total= 659 pages -
Chapter 25-End 41 pages
Katniss is being kept in the Capitol until it is decided that Snow will have a public execution and Katniss will be the one to kill him. Instead she aims at and kills Coin, who she found out had set of the bomb that killed her sister. After a long trial to decide her fate, Katniss and Peeta are sent back to 12 where they sart a life again and have kids. It isn't perfect, but it is the closest thing to happily ever after as she could've hopped for. 349-390, total= 700 pages
