    Karl Popper's view on metaphysics was quite different from others. Ribeiro, 2014 stated that “ He hence fought against the conception of metaphysics as a set of theories that contain unobservables (unobservables cannot be verified).” He called metaphysics for what it is rather than beating around the bush. The difference between his thinking and the common thought of others towards metaphysics may not seem all that different but I believe it is. (Cont. on assignment)

    Karl Popper was a philosopher who focused on the falsification of science and non-science. He believed that all theories are impossible to confirm no matter how many tests point to it being true. In 1935, Karl Popper published the book The Logic of Scientific Discovery. This book greatly contributed to philosophy because it challenged scientists to falsify their theories rather than verifying them. (Cont. on assignment)

    In 1945 Karl Popper published the book The Open Society and its Enemies. His book argued that society should peacefully fight for their freedom because democracy has been misleading and unfair. Jarvie et, al. 1999 stated that “Demands for equality needed to be rooted in the universal human capacity for critical, rational inquiry.” Karl Popper was pushing for society to come together to stand up for what is right.     In 1963 Karl Popper published the paper “Science: Conjectures and Refutations.” This paper explains why you should choose theories that have not been falsified because it means that there has not been testing it, that no scientist attempted to falsify the theory, or scientists have attempted but were not able to falsify it.
