She got the GLAAD Vanguard Award which is something awarded to a member of the entertainment community who has made a difference in promoting equality for LGBT people. GLAAD stands for “gay and lesbian alliance against defamation.” This group works towards equal rights for sexual orientation (Partney).

    Glamour Magazine chose to do an article about Jennifer Aniston, the story was titled, "If you're not happy, you can become happy. Happiness is a choice." They asked the star what advice she would give herself and her responses were priceless. Some advice she chose to give herself was: Not to fret so much, clean up all of the toxins and noise, understand who you are, educate yourself on the self.
