    The hardest transition for her this school year was going from 1st Grade to 3rd Grade. She feels as is if she hasn’t had a successful school year because of this change and different curriculum.

  • Troubleshooting: She gets nervous because she is unable to troubleshoot technology issues and classroom management.

    She gets nervous because she is unable to troubleshoot technology issues and classroom management becomes diffucult.

  • Technology is “put away”

    Technology is “put away” because she gets nervous and gets worked up when it’s not functioning properly. She is extremely intimidated by technology and when she feels uncomfortable with it, she and her students will put it away.

  • Debrief Demo Lesson with VLC: Teacher expressed need to have additional support. "I can't do this!"

  • Professional Development: Stopped Attending because she does not like to present and working in groups.

    She likes attending Professional Developments but doesn’t like being asked to present group work so she stopped going to ITI PD’s.

  • Needs Smaller PD: More Personalized PD

    She feels she would benefit from a smaller and more personalized PD experience.
