    this is really where the story starts and we get to start seeing why he was the way he was

    this is where things start to kinda start to go down hill, his dad makes bad decisions and later chris resents him for it

    he starts to travel more and more and discover who he really is

    right after he graduates he goes on the trip to end all of his trips

    he doesnt want his last name to affect him in alaska so he changes it and doesnt look back

  • gets a ride with Wayne Westerberg in South Dakota

    this was one of the few people he saw before he died

  • sneaks across the border in a kayak

    this is when the trip starts to get a little on the rough side and he starts to do more stuff like this

  • Travels west right after college

    he needed to get away from his parents and the politics of all of tghe world and just let go so he went on his last trip and never had to return to real life

  • gets caught by immigration police

    this set the tone for the rest of the trip and got him to think a little about what he was going to do

  • gets to Bullhead, Arizona

    kinda the start of his trip. he is just starting to get going and is lovin it

    I picked this because Alaska is really where the tough part of his adventure starts and where his adventure ends.
