Plan to Implement Social Media Platforms to be used by the MVMS School Counseling Program

As a team, decide who will make the pages of each platform, whose job it would be to manage each platform, and how often it they should be updated. Create an action plan.

Identify members of the Counseling Center who will create and update social media platforms and identify colleagues to consult with.

Gather content: Relevant/Recent pictures of events, youtube videos, announcements, flyers, etc.

Meet as a team to review the created pages and make changes as needed.

Take the information from the last meeting to finalize Social Media pages before launching.

Share with Students, Families, and Parents through announcements, flyers, word of mouth, etc.

Update with relevant content and meet with team as needed

Meet with the team to check-in with how social media usage is going, and if plans need to be made or adjusted for the platforms next school year.
