    David grew up in New Orleans. While he may not live there anymore, his current house is adorned with Mardi Gras memorbilia, and for his graduation party, he says he had a "good ole' boy" friend from the Big Easy come up and make a few buckets of shrimp and crawdads, cajun style.
  • Hurricane Katrina hits New Orleans

    David had evacuted the city with his mother and stayed in a hotel in Mississippi. The next day they left early and drove to St. Charles, MO to stay with family. David returned to St. Charles in 2009 on a scholarship at Lindenwood University.

    Time in Oklahoma

    David lived in Mustang, Oklahoma, before coming to Lindenwood. A year or so later his family came up to St. Charles County as well. "No more drives to Oklahoma" said David.

    Three Majors, Time at LIndenwood

    David started school as a Business Administration major. After taking his first accounting class (he had considered being an accountant), he quickly changed his mind. He switched to Criminal Justice, and added "Poly-Sci" (Political Science) after that. He could have graduated a semester early, but instead chose to come for a second semester in his senior year and get a third major in Public Administration..
  • Accepted into law school; scholarship

    Accepted into St. Louis University for graduate school. He later is granted a $30,000 scholarship.
