I graduated Assistant Healt in Vocational School Salvador Fuentes Base Ramey, Aguadilla. At this level had achieved greater reading comprehension and reading fluency in English.

Study Nursing for two years at the College of Mayagüez and is there where through texts beginning to relate more with the English language.

It is here where I begin to have my first experiences of conversational English with those customers who did not speak in Spanish.

I earned a BA in Elementary Education at the Interamerican University, Aguadilla Campus. My skills in English continued to rise as I went making use of English texts.

I obtained a Masters in Elementary Education (K-3) in Caribbean University Campus Vega Baja. I was more committed to the English language when I did my thesis.

I went to South Carolina for my son's graduation from the army. Besides graduation, the trip was an unforgettable experience and I had to put fear aside and speak in English to communicate.

For the first time I was faced with a challenge, I have teachers who speak only English. In addition, it had to do tasks which included the reporting in English.

Our school started this year in the program, BEC 21 Century and am taking my first steps as a second grade bilingual teacher.
