The Winter Retreat commences the assessment and planning process across the Division of Student Affairs. • A retreat involving all members of the “Assessment and Evaluation, and Planning Committee, Division of Student Affairs”. The team is comprised of Directors across all areas from the Division of Student Affairs.

Deliver a presentation which benchmarks other University Programs across the Division of Student Affairs and showcases outstanding programs. The presentation will include a theoretical framework which delineates the “big fish” in the field of Student Affairs as a means to establish a backdrop of measurement and comparison across various programs.

• January, 2013 the Assessment & Planning Committee will convene to review the previously established goals, delineate a schedule for assessment and data gathering.
