    The DT-48 were created by a German company named Beyerdynamic. At first they were pretty patchy because they had not realized that they could stand Hi-fi listening.     The 1st electrostatic headphones were finally made of course by Koss. These were called ESP/6 and they would less distortion and less weight.     Once Apple had just released its new iPod in 2001 they came out with their extremely lightweight, portable, fashionable earbuds. These new Apple earbuds weren't very good at noise cancellation but they were pretty impressive for the beginnings of the earbuds.
