My mom and I met Hooch for the first time at a dog adoption day at a local Petco. We fell in love with him immediately. He was so adorable, he army crawled to get to us.

We officially adopt Hooch and bring him into our home. Our other dog Sandy, welcomes the new 2 year old Hooch into her domain and they become playmates.
-
We discovered Hooch's love for digging quite soon after getting him. Our backyard was torn to pieces in just a few days. We assume that his deep desire to dig played a role in how he ended up in an dog adoption place.

Hooch recieves his first Valentine's Day gift as well as his frist sweater. It is a lovely pink and grey sweater adorned with cute hearts. It keeps him warm in the winter and he looks super adorable.
-
Hooch gets introducted to rats for the first time. He gets really excited and wants to play with them, but he cannot. We can tell he loves them.
-
One of my close friend's adopts a boxer puppy named Luke. Hooch has a new playmat that is of his kind. We dubb him Hooch's baby brother, and Hooch soon fills the role of being that big brother he never was.
-
Hooch's best friend and housemate, Sandy passes away from old age after 3 years of playing.
-
My boyfriend comes to visit in Chicago and Hooch gets to meet his future dad for the first time. They both instantly fall in love with each other.
-
We pack up the truck and move Hooch to Pittsburgh. Hooch is a constant whiner for at least 5 out of the 8 hours he was traveling. He's a cutie, but I don't think he likes being in a car for extended periods of time.

Hooch becomes the topic of a weekly blog. Probably because he is like my only child and the only thing I think about. He's a little baby boy and we love him bunches.
