Pancho Villa was born on June 5, 1878. He was born in San Juan del Rio,Durango Mexico.He was originally born as José Doroteo Arango Arámbula.

In 1893,Pancho Villa’s dad died when Pancho Villa was very young. Pancho was 15 years old. He now had to take the role of protector and provider.

In 1894, Pancho Villa was coming home from work.He learned that a man was planning on harassing one of his sisters. So,he shot the man and fled off to the mountains.

In 1896, Pancho formed a group of bandits. He led them to rob money shipments and taking people’s livestock.He was know as a modern day Robin Hood.

In October of 1910,he teamed up with Francisco Madero. Madero promised he would change the lower classes. For that reason Pancho agreed to led his army in the Revolutionary War.

On December 27, 1912 escaped prison. He was forced to stay in prison from June to December of 1912. He escaped because of Madero’s death. So he fled from prison and allied himself with Carranza. He was successful with his actions and had many battle that he won for several years.

The boys who helped each other to kill Huerta turn against each other. In 1914,while fighting in the Civil War. While fighting, America chose to support Carranza which made Villa very mad. He killed 18 Americans for it in January.

On March 9,1916 Villa was still angered by the Americans. For that reason he raided Columbus. As a result he killed another 19 Americans.

On May 20,1916 1000 soldiers went on a hunt for Pancho. They looked and looked for over a year. Unfortunately, never found him nor saw him.

Pancho Villa died on July 20,1923. He died in Hidalgo del Parral, Mexico. He died at the age of 45,while he was visiting Parral he got assassinated.
