Bruins win their 6th Stanley Cup
The Bruins brought home the Stanley Cup after beating the Vancouver Canucks in a tight seven-game series. Goalie Tim Thomas won the Conn Smythe trophy as playoffs MVP and, with help from the likes of captain Zdeno Chara and forward Patrice Bergeron, brought Bruins fans their first championship in 39 years.
