    Throughout all of my life, I will do my best to get at least six or seven hours of sleep a night just as a general principle. This will prevent health issues due to a lack of sleep.

    In my 30s and 40s, I will take time to myself to relax and reduce stress in my life. This will prevent me from bad effects of aging, preventing less energy and strain.

    In my 40s, 50s, and 60s, I will exercise at LEAST 30 minutes a day, every single day a week. This will include strength training, swimming, and other aerobic exercise.

    In my 40s, 50s, and 60s, I will eat well, not smoke or drink alcohol in this timespan, to prevent bad health problems later in life including heart and lung disease, cancer, and weight problems.

    In my 50s and 60s, I will get regular check-ups for all aspects of my health, including eyes, dental health, skin, heart, lungs, and other means to make sure that I am healthy.
