Albus travels to Hogwarts and gets Sorted into Slytherin.
Albus Potter and Rose Granger-Weasley leave their parents and embark on their journey to Hogwarts. Albus befriends a young man named Scorpius Malfoy who has seemed as an outcast by his peers. When they arrive at Hogwarts, they are sorted into either Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, Slytherin, or Gryfindor by the sorting hat. The Potter family has had a longstanding tradition of being sorted into Gryffindor but to everyone's surprise Albus is sorted into Slytherin. This isolates Albus from his peers. -
The next Three Years
The next three years at Hogwarts furthers Albus' isolation from the rest of his peers. He also forms a rocky relationship with his father Harry due to the high standards that were set for him at school. His cousin Rose however, is becoming very popular and even became the Chaser on the Gryffindor Quidditch team. -
The Time Turner
Harry's job in the Ministry of Magic involves him in obtaining dangerous magical objects from dangerous wizards. A time turner was discovered to be in the possession of Theodore Nott. A time turner is a device that allows for the person to travel back in time. Harry and Hermione (who is currently Minister of Magic) agree that the device should not be used by anyone so they hide it to prevent it's usage. -
Albus' Lost Friend
Harry views Scorpius as a bad influence on Albus so he asks for Albus to cease all contact with him. After Albus storms away, Draco comes up and pleads for Harry to help dismiss a rumor that Scorpius is the spawn of Voldemort. The reason that this rumor came about is that people think that Draco's wife Astoria and him could not procreate, so she used a time turner to go back and time and have one with Lord Voldemort. -
Amos Diggory
Amos Diggory travels to Harry's house in order to plea with him to use the time turner to bring back his son Cedric. Cedric was the man who was killed during the Goblet of Fire back when Voldermort was resurrected by Peter Pettigrew. Harry refuses saying that he cannot meddle with time. Albus is secretly listening to their conversation when he meets a mysterious women by the name of Delphi who apologizes for her uncle's behavior. -
Harry's Gift
Before Albus goes back to school, Harry gives Albus a gift that is very special to him. Harry gives Albus the blanket that his mother used for him and was also the blanket that was given to the Dursley's when Harry was given to them. Albus then goes to talk about his school troubles and how he wishes he was not a Potter due to the high expectations that come with the last name. However, Harry then tells Albus that he sometimes wishes that Albus was not his son which deeply upsets him. -
Harry's Scar
Harry has a dream in which he hears the voice of Voldemort in his head. He wakes up to find that his scar is in pain, in which he talks about how his scar has not hurt in years -
The Hogwarts Express Escape
Albus and Scorpius devise a plan to use the time turner to save Cedric's life since Harry will not help him. They climb to the top of the Hogwarts Express but are stopped by the old lady who is in charge of the Honeydukes Express to which she crows claws and states how not even Fred and George Weasley could escape the Hogwarts Escape. Despite these obstacles, the boys still find a way to escape the train. -
Breaking into The Ministry of Magic
Using a polyjuice potion conjured at Delphi's house Albus and Scorpius are transformed to look like Ron and Harry while Delphi looks like Hermione. They break into Hermione's office only to find that the time turner is protected by a number of puzzles in her bookcase. They finally get the bookcase to open and they escape with the time turner. -
The First Attempt
Albus and Scorpius try to stop Cedric from dying by stopping him at the first challenge by embarrassing him and making him quit. They do this by disarming him while he is trying to get the dragon's egg. However, the time turner can only last for five minutes in the past so they are transported back to the present. The trip to the past made some unwanted changes. Cedric is still dead and now Scorpuis and Albus are no longer friends, Albus is a Gryffindor, and Ron and Hermione never got married. -
The Adults Figure it Out
Back in the present day, Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, and Draco are trying to figure out why their kids did not arrive to Hogwarts on the train. Thanks to some guidance from both Headmistress McGonagall and Dumbledore, Harry tells them about the argument he had with Amos Diggory about the time turner. -
The Second Attempt
Albus and Scorpius go to the second challenge and try to embarrase Cedric by ruining him at the second challenge by casting the Engorgement Charm on him. However, once they travel back to the present day Albus no longer exists an Scorpius learns that this drove Cedric to the dark side and he killed Neville Longbottom at the Battle of Hogwarts which means Voldemort kills Harry. Dolores Umbridge is the new headmistress and Scorpius is the most popular kid with the nickname Scorpion King -
Voldemort Day
Scorpius travels to his dad who is now the Head of Magical Law Enforcement and asks him about what happened. Draco asks Scorpius why he does not remember how Voldemort rose back into power and starts asking questions so Scorpius goes to Snape for help. He finds Snape and asks if he is still fighting Voldemort since he was a double agent during his second reign of terror. Snape needs convincing so Scorpius mentions how his love for Lily Potter drove him to protect Harry and work for Dumbledore. -
Dumbledore's Army
Snape then leads Scorpius to Ron and Hermione who are wanted fugitives due to their crimes against the Dark Lord. They travel back in time and place shield charms on Cedric. However, during their trips back in time dementors come and perform the dementor's kiss on Hermione and Ron (suck out their souls). Snape travels with Scorpius to the lake and he tells him to tell Harry that he has always been proud of him. Scorpius then uses the time turner to find Albus and be transported back to present. -
Back to the Present
When Scorpius and Albus return to the present they are immediately rushed by their parents and family friends. They tell them that they must have lost the time turner in the lake when they returned, but in reality they planned on destroying the time turner herself. Delphi agrees to help them destroy the time turner if they meet her up in the Owlery. -
Delphi's Betrayal
When discussing Scorpius' trip to the alternate timeline she gets intreagued when he mentions his left hand was his Augurey. She also mentions that she was raised by the the Rowle's who were Death Eaters. Delphi reveals that she does not want to destroy the time turner and plans on making sure Voldemort never dies and to create a Dark Age. She then kills a perfect named Craig then takes Scorpius and Albus back to the third challenge. -
The Third Challenge
Scorpius and Albus travel back to the maze during the Triwizard Tournament and tries to stall her with the short five minute timer on the time turner. They run across Cedric who helps them get the time turner from Delphi because he thinks it is a part of his challenge. Delphi decides to travel back in time further but destroys the time turner so they can not go back to the present, trapping them in the past. -
Godric's Hollow
Delphi has taken Scorpius and Albus to Godric's Hollow on October 30, 1981, this is the night that Harry's parents were killed by Lord Voldemort. Delphi has returned to this spot to make sure that Voldemort does not go after Harry Potter because he will meet his demise there. -
The Message
The parent's realize that the children are missing so they go to the owlery to find letters from Amos requesting Albus and Scorpius. When they arrive to Amos he has no memory of having a niece. They search Delphi's room only to find out that she believes that she is the daughter of Lord Voldemort. When Harry goes back home he discovers the blanket that he gave Albus has a message telling them the date of what time period they were and they immediately use the time turner that his parents have. -
The Final Confrontation
When the parents arrive they are delighted to see Scorpius and Albus. They prepare for Delphi's intervention by disguising Harry as Lord Voldemort due to his ability to speak Parseltounge. Delphi arrives to see Voldemort and pleads for him to accept her as his daughter with Bellatrix Lestrange being her mother. The spell then wears off and Delphi and Harry duel only until the real Voldemort arrives, to which Delphi cries out only to be silenced by Hermione and Draco. -
The Final Conformation II
Harry then decides to watch his parents be killed by Lord Voldemort for closure and Albus decides to stay by for support. Albus tells Harry about what he learned about Harry's parents from the time that he spent in the past. -
The Aftermath
When they arrive back in the present Delphi is locked away in Azkaban. Albus and Scorpius try to return to their studies at Hogwarts. Harry takes Albus out to Cedric's grave where he says he visits every year to say that he is sorry for what happened. -
