    The Mayflower Compact was the first governing document of Plymouth Colony. It was written by the male passengers of the Mayflower, consisting of separatist Congregationalists who called themselves "Saints". It relates to the constitution because they both were written for American law.

This relates to the constitution because the Virginia Plan proposed a legislative branch consisting of two chambers with the rotation in office and recall applied to the lower house of the national legislature.
