    Workers faced dangerous times at work because of the machines and injuries that happened. The owners were not concerned about the safety of their workers just about the profit.

    Child labor was a big issue in the Gilded Age era. Children were used to clean, move and fix the machines. Which then lead to children getting injured or even dying because of the machines moving.
