As he enters the harbor a military salute was fired by the nearby fort George. -

Many people were all waiting like the congress and people that live in that area.Which it took place in New york. There was also people that came from France and Spain. -
12:30 pm
At this time a military escort comes to get the president-elect to the federal hall. -
1:00 pm
They made it to the hall and he enters when he does his escort exits with them all lined up. -
10:00 pm
Finally, they were ready for George Washington to get the oath of office. Robert Livingstone administrated the oath of office. -
Washington's First inaugural address
when he went to do his first inaugural address he felt very nervous about him speaking to them because he was the first president. -
Mid Afternoon
Now it was a very happy party at the capital in New York. The New York Bishops were there to lead the celebration of the driven service. At this a Christian song is sang for the president. -
Dinner alone at the Presidential mansion
After the church service he is taken to his residence where he eat alone. -
Evening
At this time the skies was filed with fireworks and happiness in the sky. New president George Washington watched from Chancellor Livingstone.
