  • Gandhi was born in India

    He was born India from a upper caste which allowed him to afford education

  • He accept his culture

    He realized he should be respected by his culture and stopped trying to be like the English people

  • He went to London

    After his father's death he goes to London to study Law to be a politician as his father

  • When he came back to India he found out his mother had died

  • He went back to India

  • He goes to South Africa

    He goes to South Africa to work in British firm in the city of Natal where he experienced the prejudice an the discrimination

  • He established th Natal Indian Congress to fight discrimination

  • He started the Green Pamphlet

    After sail in India he started the Green Pamphlet then when he went back to South Africa he had difficulties to enter in the country

  • He and his family left to South Africa

  • Boer War

    Boer War slowed down his activism and he helped the British soldiers

  • He established a living community

    His living community was called Phoenix Settlement
