    1. He married Anne of Austria to unify the French and Spanish empires.
    2. He exiled his mother who was previously his regent.
    3. He declared war on Spain. He gets a D for declaring wars and going against his own mother.

    2. Invaded the Spanish-Netherlands
    3. Engaged France in Franco-Dutch War. He gets a C for having an agressive foreign policy

    1. Contributed to decline of Monarcy which led to the French Revolution.
    2. Damaged France's foreign relations.
    He gets an F for making bad decisions that affected France.

    2. Was very undecisive and shy, which effected his ruling.
    3. Was executed during the French revolution. He gets a D, for attempts to be a good leader, but he ultimately brought France down during the revolution.

    1. His parents were executed
    2. He was kept a prisoner and served as a cobbler's assistant.
    3. He eventually died from Tuburculosis He gets an B because he was mistreated for being part of the royal family at a young age. He never got the chance to rule.
