  • Socialism: Utopian and Scientific

    Socialism: Utopian and Scientific
This work explained that Utopian Socialism ( socialism achieved by peaceful means) was based on noble ideals and personal opinions and not facts. It sought to explain the path to a communist society from a scientific perspective by using the scientific method (therefor making socialism scientific) to explain why and how a communist society would eventually prevail over the capitalist society of the era - but that in order to do so a revolution was needed.
  • Dialetics of Nature

    Dialetics of Nature
Since Marxism believes that scientific activities depend the changing needs of society there is a need to study not only politics and economics but scientific research as well. This work was an attempt to discuss the knowledge and advancement of science at the time from a communist perspective and covered topics such as the biology, chemistry, the history of science, and mathematics among many others.
  • Scientific Socialism

Scientific Socialism as described by Engels was a way to describe his and Marx’s theory on the development of an economically, politically, and socially communist society. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_TouhDIEnYs
