This major event was on Chapter 6. Tony D. and his gang confronted Max and Kevin on 4th of July.Kevin and Max ran away from them and watched the fireworks before Tony D.'s gang found them in the crowd and they chased them out of the crowd. -

Kevin and Max; Pond
This major event happened in Chapter 7. Kevin and Max are chased by Tony D.'s gang to the pond. The gang starts throw rocks at Kevin and Max.Kevin gets the police to scare the gang away. -
Kevin and Max go on an adventure
Kevin and Max go to New Testaments that is in the Eastern side of their neighborhood. Kevin shows Max the Medical Research Center where Kevin could become a "biotic" person. -
Kevin and Max go on another adventure
Kevin gets Max to go on another adventure at 3 in the morning. They go to a storm drain and they investigate it. They found a purse that had an wallet inside that only had an I.D. card inside. It had a name and an address on it. The name on the card was Loretta Lee, so they went to go find the house using the address that was on the card. -
Kevin and the hospital
Kevin finds Max in the building and saved him for Killer Kane and Kane gets arrested. After Kane plead guilty, Kevin had a seizure on his birthday. Kevin died later that week because his heart became to big for his body. Max became depressed. -
Killer Kane and Max
Killer Kane took Max to the New Testaments at night so that Grim and Gram wouldnt know where Max was. They went to Loretta and Iggy's house to hide from everyone. -
Loretta Lee's house
Kevin and Max go to Loretta's house and they bring the purse so they can give it back to her. They are confronted by Iggy Lee and they get scared and they tell them multiple times that they are only there to give her purse back to her. Iggy tells them to get inside of the house so they can talk. Loretta and Iggy realize that Max is Killer Kane's son. -
Kevin and Max school
Kevin and Max have their first day of school and Max was asked to read aloud but he didnt want to. His classmates started picking on him but Kevin stood up to them. They started chanting "Freak the Mighty" -
Max and the principal
Max got called down to the principal's office and was told that Killer Kane was up for parole. Kevin choked on his lunch and went to the hospital. -
Cops and Iggy's house
The police went by Iggy's house Max saw that Kevin was with them. The police were searching for Max becuase Kevin doesnt know where Max is
