As your own stomach begins to turn from nerves and uncertainty, you know you must act quickly to save any chance of remaining a reputable business.

I selected this promotional strategy because it will get more customers into the restaurant. This promotional strategy will increase the image of the restaurant because as more consumers enter the restaurant, they will see what we have to offer and want to come back.

    Everyone who buys a coffee for a limited time gets their name put into a sweepstakes for $2000 cash and $1000 to their favorite charity in their name. This promotional strategy will increase the image of the restaurant because we are donating to a charity and giving money to our customers.

    A stand with products and product samples will be set up on the patio outside of the restaurant because of the large number of consumers that walk past the store. This will include many small pastries and some of the types of our coffee. Full size items will be sold at the stand as well for those in a rush, but who liked our product. This will increase the image of our restaurant because all of the people that try our samples and like them will come back and purchase later and into the future.
