    The French and Indian War was the dispute between British and New France over Ohio territory. The British kept pushing the indians westward. Finally the British made the proclamation of 1763.

So many of the troops were nervous of the colonists when they started to throw snowballs with rocks in them at the British Customhouse. The effect of this was the Intorlerable Acts.

The congress only consisted of tweleve of the thirteen colonies delegates to discuss th actions of Britian taxting the colonists.     The Battle of Lexington and Concord was the first millitary battle between the Britian and the Colonies it was also called the "shot heard around the world." The cause of this was the capturing of Samuel Adams and John Hancock which started the fight in Lexington and the fight of Concord was after the British General Thomas Gage marched in and sieze the Americans army on Concord.

Congress pulls away from Britian afterwards the delegates drew up the famous document know as the Declearation of Independence which was written Thomas Jefferson and others this was the begining definition of Americans.

    Shays' Rebellion was the uprising of farmers who took matters into their own hands. During the rebelllion 4 people died and 20 was wounded. The reason for the rebellion was that the farmers had to pay more to help out the debt from the war. The relationship between the rebellion and Confederation was that Shay showed the weakness of the article and the government wanted to cover all aspects so they granted Shay a pardon and change the article.

    The 3/5 Compromise was a plan that the delegaes from each states meet a constitutional convention to formulate a plan for the national government there were disagreements between the larger populations and the small population a major dispute was over. The apportionment meaning distibuting seats in the House of Repersentatives. The Compromise only counted 5 slaves as three separate people also they were counted as property when assessing taxes.
