Wade was a decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in which the Court decided that the U.S. Constitution states that everybody has the right to privacy which also ensures a pregnant lady's freedom to pick whether to have an abortion. The court decided that a state law that restricted abortions were illegal. The decision made the right to an abortion legal. The two sides were Pro-Choice and Pro-Life.
