Martin Luther King, was the idol to most coloured people to this day. As he is to all of us for taking care of issues in a peaceful manner which has not been the case for most rallies. He gave this speech which was a really eye changing speech for most people in the world. Thousands showed up in D.C. to hear him speak. -

Kennedy was said to be a great president. He died in Dallas Texas at the hands of Lee Oswald. There was two shots. Lee was arrested only about 2 hours after this event. They do not think that there was a second gunman either. There has been so many theories to why he has been assassinated but they do not want to uncover the truth until the families close relatives passing. -

President Johnson was the president to take into office after the assassination of Kennedy. He did not do much in his time in the office but he was also not the worst president out there. I think Nixon still holds that title. He was also the first president elected from southern state. -

There was a massacre of the Olympians perform in this year's olympics. Iredale team members when taken hostage while one was even killed in front of a window for demands for money. They wanted a plane out of there they would drop the hostages off somewhere. But as they were taking off they blew up the plain and all of the hostages. -

Viedo of what it was like coming home. America became involved in Vietnam's country's problems when we decided to help it become a non communist country. But as we started to get bad support in the war and everyone not liking the idea of us fighting other people's wars we decided to pull our troops out of Vietnam. This lead to the fall vietnam to communist. America left saying that we went there to train troops and so because of this explanation as America we can say we still have not ever lost a war. -

At this time Apple started by Steve Jobs in the garage of his home. He made a home computer kit and he is the man that really started the home computer life. You be surprised how much microsoft learned and took from the apple corporation. Apple was the first to come out with a mouse. Steve JObs also wanted people to be able to create things and personalize things themselves so that's where they got the desktop and toolbars and such from. This then carried on to the Microsoft corporation. -

Elvis presley was the King of Rock said everyone ever. He was a very famous person fro his erroctic dance moves and his great songs. He really changed the way people perform and act throughout the ages. If it wasn't from him Miley Cyrus would not be where she is today. -
John Lennon Dies
John Lennon was walking outside from his home when he was met by an unsuspected visitor and was then shot dead. The suspect Mark David Chapman was the killer of the famous singer. He said that he killed him because he was famous. He had been planning this assassination 3 months prior. This was a great lost for America for he was a very beloved singer. -

Aids came notice to the public in 1981 as something that no one could explain. It seemed to be a disease that only affected gay men. Over time people found it to affect women and other men do to dirty needles from drug users and blood transfusions. Doctors called it some sort of cancer at the time before it finally got the name of Aids.
