36th President. President Lyndon B. Johnson had a positive domestic legacy, but not with foreign policy because he was committed to maintaining independence in South Vietnam while also working to achieve success in Southeast Asia.

37th President. Richard Nixon had a positive legacy in terms of foreign policies because he improved US-China relationships and even removed them from being an enemy in the cold war. He had also signed the Acnti-Ballistic Missile Treaty with the Soviet Union.

The Watergate Scandal was when several burglers had broken in, however, it was found that they were connected to Nixon´s re-election campaign. They had been caught wiretapping phones and stealing documents. Nixon tried to cover up the crimes, but the truth was revealed, leading to the resignation.

38th President. President General Ford´s legacy is that he worked hard to work on getting the US out of the Great Depression. He is also known for the pardon he had given to former President Richard Nixon
