Special Olympics Sport and Empowerment Act of 2004
A bill sponsored by Rick Santorum Republican senator from Pennsylvania provide assistance to Special Olympics to support the expansion of Special Olympics and development of education programs and a Healthy Athletes Program. First introduced in Congress on September 29, 2004 in a previous session of Congress, but was not enacted. Signed by President on October 30, 2004.
