  • Family relative starts smoking

    Fidel's older brother Brian started to smoke. He's only 15 too! He's worried Brian will start to have not only addiction problems but physicaly problems too. Such as developing lung cancer or even heart disease or stroke!
  • Significant loss

    Almost age 10, Fidel's teacher was killed in a car accident. Fidel's teacher was very close and played an important role in Fidel's life. When he was first told about it, he didn't believe and felt a bit angry because he thought they were lying. Despite him knowing deep inside, he kept himself in denial for a while. He learned to accept it later. And hoped she was in a better place.

    Fidel's first day in middle school. He feels he's no longer a little kid now. He decides he'll make the right choices unlike his older borther who became a father at age17. He decides to mkae a pledge and asks his parents for some tips. They tell him to not get another girl pregnant at his young age or it'll lead to STD's, and stress.

    Fidel never thought about his physical appearence because he didn't care. But now as he's entering teen years, he's becoming more aware of his body shape. He has realized the past few years he's let him self go. To overcome this, Fidel sets a goal to exercise and eat right.
  • Puberty

    It's Fidel's 12th birthday! He wakes up and tells his mom he feels like a man already.He says he feels his voice has changed by deepening and he is growing facial hair.
  • Family health history

    Fidel ate like a regular 12 year old. He ate didn't think he had to worry at his early age when he started having odd symptoms. He'd have to urinating often, felt very thirsty and very hungry, even though he would already have eaten. He'd even have random blurred vision. His parents had told him that his father and grandfather had diabeties at early ages and that it could happen to him. Fidel decided to start eating the right amount of sugar and nutrients.

    Fidel's best friend, Saul, has invited Fidel to spend the night at his house. Saul offers Fidel a beer. Fidel says no but Saul continues to try to talk him into drinking some. Instead, fidel tried to talk Sual into stop drinking at such and early age. Such as how short term effects on the brain's development is ruined. Plus even a small amount of alcoholcan cause intoxicaion. Long term effects would be cause damage to the pancres and alcohol poisoning.

    Coping with a stressful event
    Fidel is now a high schooler and has final exams coming up. All of this stress has even caused him to start breaking out! He has also started to eat bigger portions, and snack more to distract him from thinking of homework. But Fidel desides to stop running away from his problem and instead work it out so he has time to have fun and study. He has decided to schedule his hours.

    Fidel is in a group of friends. However, sometimes some fights breakout.Fidel usually sin't caught in the fights, however it's his two best friends fighting. They aren't okay with him being both their friends and want him to pick a side. Instead of getting involved ho told them he's just going to leave them along untill they solve their problems since it has nothing to do with him.
  • Drunk at party

    Fidel and Briander went to party. By the end of the party, Briander was drunk and couldn't even walk straight. Before He had the chance to unlock his car, Fidel snatched the keys away and told him straight up he was the one driving. Briander said he was driving. But fidel reminded him DUI was illegal and how could he even drive when he can't even see straight. Before Briander had that chance to protest, he passed out and Fidel drove home.
  • Sick for work

    Fidel has had the flu for almost a week now and he continues to work! Fianlly his wife, Bertha tells him to stay home. She also stayed home to take care of him and make sure he would drink a lot of fluids, rest a lot, and eat the proper amount of nutrition for him to recover. She also advised him to wash his hands more before and after he enters and exits the house, cover his mouth when sneezing, and sleeping more.
