The website gives a behavioral chart for children that witness domestic violence, based on age. According to the site most children that witness domestic violence usually become violent and self-destructive. Children tend to grow up and repeat what they saw because they saw it as normal. -

It has a chapter completely dedicated to “Family Violence and Other Health Issues.” This chapter helps people understand what types of abuse there are, what effects they have on families, and why people would stay in these types of relationships. The chapter also went into deep detail about why the abusers feel the need to show dominance and control the household. -
