  • Patient cared for by Student Nurse

Family Assessment done, patient still unable to verbalize so mother, father and brother were interviewed. He did say he cant say his name but that was the only thing he verbalized the entire shift. Through this assessment I found it clear that the family of this patient are extremely supportive and are ready for whatever comes their way. They seem like they have a strong family connection the way the mother explained how they all enjoy spending time together doing different activities.
