Students and troops brought over 25,000 volumes of books that were thought to be "Un-German." "Book burning" refers to the ritual destruction by fire of books or other written materials.

    After nearly a year and a hlad of conferences among the leading Allied powers , peace treaties were signed in Paris in 1947 with Italy, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, and Finland. This treaty didn't only make territorial concessions but also for the former Axis nations to pay reparations and yo limit the size and strength of their armed forces. This peace treaty came into effect as of September 5, 1947.

This list really ruined a persons life because they lose their job, arent able to get emplyed after and it has great damage on that person or family.

This wasn't a pledge or oath of allegiance but more of a legal document a person signs and legally bound to. Loyalty Oaths were commonly used between 1950 and 1960 when there were social tensions in the United States and people wanted to guard themselves against particular problems.
