It achieved impressive technological and architectural feats, such as the construction of an extensive system of aqueducts and roads.

    The document announced that the thirteen American colonies, then at war with Great Britain, regarded themselves as thirteen newly independent sovereign states, and no longer a part of the British Empire. The document states that all men are created equal and we al have individual rights and we still live by rhose rules today.
