1.)Created a Federal Republic-Provided the government with checks and balances
2.)The president and legislature were to be elected
3.)There would be a separation of powers among branches
4.)Bill of Rights: First 10 Ammendments of Constitution -
The First and Second Estates paid no income tax and wars costed lots of money all of the time. King Louis XVI was in so much debt and the Thrid Estate was furious that he wasn't doing anything. This is when they start the Revolution for change.
