Around this time dictionaries were just a sort of small book. It wasn't as big and thick as dictionaries that we are familiar with nowadays. According to my aunt who went to school in mexico, it was difficult to get a hold of a dictionary. It was either expensive or there was no libraries near by to be able to look for one. -

Dictionaries have changed a lot over time, not just by their appearnce of being a small or big book, but also by what they contain inside. Dictionaries have been very useful, however times have changed and not many people use dictionaries as much. People tend to use electronics more nowadys when in need of information about something. -
Dictionaries around 2000
Dictionaries in the 2000s started to change, to where they were no longer a thin book or a set of books. Dictionaries were changed to only one big thick book. According to my father and mother, around this time when they went to school they had to go to the library to be able to use and find a dictionary. -
Dictionaries around 2010
Around this time some people would still use dictionaries, to find information they needed. Dictionaries didn't really change they were still pretty big and thick books that you could buy or find in a library. -
Dictionaries around 2020
During this time people started to use electronics more and more as they started to come out and become popular. People would rather pull out their electronics to look for information than use a dictionary. -
In Present time
Nowadays people like to use their electronics instead of dictionaries. From the interviews that I had, they sadi that they like how it is now where you dont hve to struggle to get information from a dictionary, when you can just pull out you mobile device and search it. They said that its just easy but saves time.
