The ambush on the Zhima River officially sets off the revolution against the dwarves. In Druzha in particular, the people rally behind the Yegorov family as they wage war on their Old Empire rulers.

The Yegorov-led coalition declares victory as the last dwarven legion retreats underground. The great slavery of the dwarves begins. Ivanos Yegorov is crowned King of Druzha, with his capital in Musitov.

House Antal attempts to seize power from King Ivanos Yegorov. The monarch is quick to put the rebellion down, and every member of the Antal family is executed as a message.

King Ivanos Yegorov moves the capital from Musitov to Sorodar.

The king finally succumbed to the illness that had plagued him for several years. The three kings after him prove to be far less powerful than Ivanos was.

He is suspected to have been strangled by his ambitious brother, who succeeds him as Kalman I.

The two states come to blows over claims by the Grand Duke of Yarenia that his father had been assassinated by King Kalman's men. Druzha mostly tries to hold land while ignoring the seas. Yaren ships seize the town of Prava, forcing a Druzha surrender.

Kalman is recognised as being the closest successor to being able to echo his father's accomplishments. He dies of complications from a wound obtained in a duel, and is succeeded by his son, Kalman II.

A trade dispute culminates in two dead Lakatos family members and one dead Radislav. It begins a long feud between the two.

Constantin Orzel and his allies overthrow and execute the ruling Yegorov family. Constantin becomes Grand Prince of Druzha.

In an effort to strengthen their hold, the Musitov branch of the Orzels aligns itself with House Kosa, the traditional leaders of the city. The Kosas seem content to have a seat at the high table.

The first Grand Prince is slain by a bandit force that many suspected to be hired mercenaries, though no culprit was identified. He is succeeded by his son, who becomes Constantin II.

Yarenia attempts to invade Druzha after a marriage pact falls apart, but is repelled by an army led by Kasimir Radislav.

In response to tensions with the northern Estari Empire, the Free States of Druzha, Yarenia, Morsia, and Zhyst sign a treaty wherein they will all unite to fight off northern aggression if it occurs.
