    Just two months before I was born, the Great Book of Google was released upon the still adolescent Internet. This now Giant of the web had changed internet searching forever. Google now allowed people to type in whatever they thought about and it would produce all the links that were as closely related to the query as possible. Little did we know back then that Google would grow to be far more than just a simple search engine, especially with its new research into quantum computing.

    Bluetooth
    Hard as it is to believe, Bluetooth actually came out all the way back in 2000. Bluetooth completely changed how people could operate communications. Hands free earpieces for phones, connecting phones or gaming devices together, Bluetooth completely eliminated the need for troublesome wired connections where they were not necessary. Today Bluetooth is a far cry from when it began, almost completely replacing the need for wired connections anywhere.

    Facebook
    Facebook, the social media super-giant, came out all the way back in 2004. Created by Mark Zuckerberg during his time in Harvard. Facebook quickly became the biggest online connection hub in the world with currently over 1 billion users. Facebook has completely changed how people could connect with one another. Under its UI the data scientists behind Facebook's logic systems have continually advanced connection algorithms and associated tech, making it easier and faster to find a friend.

    In 2012, Internet addressing with the now aging IPv4 protocol needed to be updated and so come June, IPv6 was released and drastically improved how addressing was handled. This new protocol could now allocate more address more efficiently, which was becoming crucial with the ever growing collection of smart devices across the world

    AMD Ryzen
    Everyone knows about Intel, the microchip giant that even has countless commercials flaunting their latest processing speeds and capabilities. But not as many know about Intel's biggest competitor, AMD. In terms of performance capabilities AMD had always been just slightly behind Intel, but in 2017, that all started to change when AMD brought out its flagship chip, the AMD Ryzen. Since then AMD has been giving Intel a run for its money and furiously pushing the computing edge to Moore's limits.
