    Expands the rights of the parliament and the people, wile limiting the power of the king even more. Also gives free elections to parliament.

    A phulospher and political scientist who had many interests and produced a number of writtings that influenced future leaders. Some of his big ideas are Natural rights, Life, Liberty, and Property.
