    the person who proposed it was Archbishop Stephen Langton to make peace during the civil war between king John and rebels. The Manga Carta was altered a couple of times in 1216, 1217, 1225. The Magna Carta made it where everybody has a free trail. Plus it made the king cant imprison for no reason. How these help make the constitution is giving a everybody a free trail and it appear in the constitution in Amendment 6 and says the same thing.
  • Mayflower campact

    Mayflower campact
    The person who made the Mayflower compact was William Brewster. The reason why it was made was the people in the new world so they would have law. What the Mayflower compact did is that is said that we are loyal to the king and we will live under Christin faith. Fun fact that this compact has been stop being used first in 1886 then it was put back in 1889 then stop being used in 1891. how relates to the Constitution is help make the 14 amend by making the people on the mayflower can equal laws.

    Fundamental Orders of Connecticut
    the person who made the Fundamental Orders of Connecticut was Thomas Hooker. The reason why it was made was because of 3 big Purtain group came together and wanted to make a colony. What the Fundamental orders do was limit the powers of their government. A fun fact it was influence by one Thomas Hooker’s sermon that he did on May 31, 1638. How these influence the constitution is by limit the powers of the government and that's in the constitution which is 1th Amendment check and balances.

    The English Bill of Rights was a result of a Revolution England had in. The people who purposed and signed it was William III and Mary II. Fun fact the is that it takes ideas from John Locke and so did the Constitution. What the bill of rights did was give the people more freedom plus restrict more of the kings powers. How this relates to the constitution is that in the English one it says we have the right to bear arms and so does the constitution says it in 2 Amendment.

    The war was between French and Indian against the Colony's and Britain. The cause of the war was the Ohio river which was a trading route and the French and British wanted it. The British said to the colony's we will protect you if u pay taxes. The winner of the was the colonies and the British. Well how it affect the constitution is it give us constitution article 1 section 8 part 2 where the congress can taxes us during war or just paying other debt just like how the British did to us.

    The person who propose the Albany plan of union was Benjamin Franklin. The reason why it was purpose was because he wanted American colonies under a more centralized government. The plan was never put in to act but the person who rejected it was King George II. Fun fact it was to also handle the Indians but it also start due the French and Indian war. How did these influence the constitution it help give the idea for the colony's to be under one government which is related to Article 4 section 3

    The Acts

    The Acts are the Sugar act which tax on sugar, the stamp act which any paper even playing cards had to be stamp. Finally the Intolerable acts which was letting solider in your house and other stuff. The Intolerable act was made to get back at the colony due them doing the Boston tea party. The stamp act actually cause a riots which was in October 1765. And how the Acts effected the constitution is it cause the Amendment XVI where you can tax every thing like the Acts where they tax every thing.

    The First Continental Congress was made up John Adams, Samuel Adams, George Washington. They created due Britain new taxes and because of it Intolerable Acts The First continental Congress had one presidents during its time Peyton Randolph And fun fact that 1 out of the 13 colony did not join the Continental Congress and it was Georgia. how these effect the constitution is it was our congress it was the congress before ours, they gave the idea them having the power just like in Art 1 sec 8 cl 15

    Second Continental Congress

    The Second Continental congress was made up of the thirteen colonies instead 12 like the first one. This was made address the problem in colonies and someone fight the British government. The Presidents of it was Peyton Randolph and Samuel Huntington. What they was voted to create the Continental Army which help in the revolutionary war. Fun fact it last 6 years longer. how it affect the constitution well they purpose that constitution should became the official law which is article 7.
  • Declaration of Independence

    Declaration of Independence
    The Person who mainly wrote the Declaration is Thomas Jefferson. The reason why they wrote it was show they Colonies are separating from Britain. What the Declaration says states the rights can not be taking away and going to war with Britain. fun fact it was finish on July 4, 1776 it was actually signed on August 2, 1776. It help give us 10th where the government cant take our rights away
  • Article of Confederation

    Article of Confederation
    The Person who created the Article of Confederation was John Dickinson. The reason why it was made was to tell how the Government works. The Article of Confederation had a total of 13 articles of telling how it works. Fun fact it was basically the constitution before the constitution it got replace by it in March 4, 1789. How did it effect the Constitution besides by given it most of its idea it help make the 12 amendment where state need at least one delegate vote.

    The people who started Daniel Shay and a group of protestors. The reason why it is was cause was because Massachusetts was in a debt crisis. And they increased taxes both on people and trade and some people did not like that. Fun fact is the people who join the rebellion were known as Shaysites. How it effected the Constitution is it give us the idea to tax on people income just like said in 16 amendment.

    The person who wrote the Virginia plan was James Maddison. The Virginia plan proposed to make government that would make laws and taxes. And what it did was two divided the Government into two branches. The Two Branches are the Senate and the House of Representatives. How these effected the Constitution is it give us the Idea to have the Senate which is in and is the Seventeenth Amendment.

    Three-Fifths compromise
    The People who came up with the Three-Fifths compromise was James Wilson and Charles Pinckney. What it did what that Three-Fifths of the your slave pollutions would count for taxes. Plus these would be one of the reason why the Civil war Started. It was ended in 1865 but was official ended on 1868. How these effected the constitution was by making the 13 and saying slaves are people and not three-fifths.

    The person who came up with idea of the New Jersey Plan was William Paterson. And it was proposal at the Constitutional Convention. And what it did was allow the Congress to tax and states to have one vote instead of popularity. Fun fact it was Proposed two weeks after the Virginia Plan. How it Effected the constitution purpose the part constitution article 1 section 3 where two senators are chosen for a state.
