In table groups, students browse children's books and discuss the role of religion. Whole class share-out at the end.

Review databases, websites, and non-fiction library resources, including the Dewey 200 section. Have students draw for what religion they're researching. Give overview of the assignment.

Walk students through an example of Glogster. Introduce skills such as visual appeal, linking, and embedding images and media. Share rubric with students. They spend the remainder of the time getting started on their Glogs.

Lesson finishes with a culminating class discussion lead by the Global Studies teacher. This is an end-piece for the look into the five major religions in the region and an introductory activity for further investigation into the specific religious conflicts.
