In our classroom books on page 347 it states on the timeline that colored photography and colored newspaper wasn't introducted till 1914. Which is the year the war began but colored photography actually was created in 1850.

Turkey and Serbia sign a treaty of peace. The peace treaty was sign so there would be no conflict between the two. While everyone was angry with Serbia for the killings of Archduke Ferdiand and his wife. Some places such as Turkey avoided the topic because they did not want war.

America didn't join World War one till the final year and a half of battles. America didnt join because staying neutral would have avoided conflict. Also it would have avoided any treatys made with any other government.

Even though U.S. didnt give Native Americans citizenship until 1924. About 13,000 survived World War one. Many Natives volunteered.

Woolsey volenteered to be in th Navy in 1936-1945. Which was in the fourth video on the website for my veteran. It was because he didn't want to be in the army. The recruiter didn't want to put him in the navy till he said he was a volunteer. Which changed the recruiters mind.

Woolsey was actually on vacation in Hawaii when the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. He witnessed it. The attack on Pearl Harbor was actually a lead in to World War two.

It was said to be so that James Woolsey helped Glenn Miller write music for the USO. Which is the United Services Organization. James Woolsey also plays the piano.

James Woolsey was wounded in World War two. He was wounded durning the battle to take Okinawa. Also Woolsey was in the Pacific Ocean theater at the time.
