A group called the "Sons of Liberty" dressed up has the Mohawk Indians and they went aboard three British ships. Dumped Forty five tons of tea into the Boston Harbor. This was a direct response to the British taxing the tea .

They closed the port until the price of dumped tea was recovered. They also moved Massachusetts capital to Salem. Also made Marblehead the official port of entry for the colony.

Is when all royal troops had to stay in houses and they families in them would have to pay for food. If houses were full then the troops would stay in empty buildings.The families would have to pay for food and anything they would need but the government would not help pay for any of it.
