Katniss and Peeta return home after there long journey in the games. The are happy to see there family and there whole district cheers for them as they walk into the town square.

President snow visits katniss at her home and tells her if she messes up he will kill her family.

Katniss Peeta and Haymitch talk about what they are going to do in the Quarter Quell. Peeta tells haymitch that if he gets picked he is volenteering in his place to take care of Katniss. Katnis ends up telling Peeta about her and Mr. Presidents talk

It is the day of the reaping. Katniss's name is picked along with Haymich. Peeta volenteers in his place so he can take care of katniss and make sure she survives.

Katniss and peeta go on their victory tour. They visit all the districts and talk to them about each of the tributes.

Katniss has to dance with the gamemaker of the Quarter Quell even though she doesn't want to. While they were dancing, he showed her his watch which had a mockingjay on it.

Katniss wants to run aways with Gale. She wants to rebel against the capital so this was her plan. She ends up staying because she needs to take care of her little sister prim and her mother.

Gale gets caught hunting game by the president. He is then brought into the town square where he gets wipped.

The tributes all have an interview with Ceasar. Katniss comes out on stage with her wedding dress. She twirls and her dresses catches on fire. She tells them that her and Peeta are married. She then makes her dress turn into a mockingjay.

Cinna makes a dress for Katniss that turns into a mockingjay. As Katniss is being transported into the games, Cinna ends up getting killed by the police.

Beetree has a plan to hold a knife that is tied to a tree which will then be struck by lighting. The electricity is blasted throught the knife and blew up the whole arena. Katniss gets knocked out and then gets kidnapped by a hovercraft.
