Thomas Kuhn was boring in Cincinnati, OH, his family moved to New York where he went to private school for independent thinkers, he got accepted into Harvard this is where he would obtain his bachelors and PhD from there in the field of Physics. -

Mr. Kuhn was a professor at his alma mater where he taught the history of science, he would eventually move to the opposite side of the country in California where he continued to be a professor for University of California Berkley. -

Cancer
Sadly Mr. Kuhn was diagnosed with having lung cancer, he would eventually pass away due to the complications of this how ever he did live a long life of 73 years. -
